Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated, and enthusiastic Servers to join our award-winning Service team in our busy fine-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate(s) will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of fine-dining food service operations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Process payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

MINIMUM of 2 years experience in a FINE-Dining restaurant is REQUIRED* (*please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
Sales skills with an aptitude for upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
