Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our kitchen operations during the evening shift. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during night shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and functioning properly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar leadership role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
