Job Summary:
The Day Habilitation Specialist will work with all staff to ensure quality resident services are provided and supported at all time.
Orientations are the first 2 weeks of every month 8:30am-5pm on the campus in Staatsburg.
Job Duties:
- Assisting the team with: daily programming, data collection, supervision
- Safety of residents in an assigned service delivery area
- Assist develop and implement an ISP that: meets the requirements of OPWDD for each participant in their service delivery area.
- Assist in the residential home and transport to one of the Life Long Learning Centers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
