Position objective: The position holder is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving revenue through proactive sales activities.
Main tasks:
· Develops, maintains, and expands relationships with potential and existing customers.
· Develops and implements strategies for meeting KPI goals.
· Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods.
· Applies knowledge of the field and product features to meet the needs of customers.
· Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
· Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to customers.
· Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements.
· Collaborates with production and warehouse managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed on time.
· Effectively manage customer database.
· Prepares and reports sales results, status of accounts, leads and competitor info to team.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Career Exp:
· Minimum of 1 year experience in Inside Sales/Account Management in the B2B industrial distribution sales sector
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred for promotion (Business, Sales, Marketing etc)
· Pass Pre-Employment Screening

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Thorough understanding of technical products to be sold.
