Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and lead workers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Comply with all safety regulations and protocols on site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
