We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate implementation.
- Manage quality control processes to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Prolog for accurate budgeting and scheduling.
- Maintain effective communication with project teams to address any issues or changes that arise during construction.
- Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and software (HeavyBid, Prolog).
- Familiarity with quality control processes and OSHA safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Experience in pipeline construction is a plus but not required.
