Responsibilities Include:
The Director of Nursing (DON) duties include documentation, quality oversight, scheduling, overseeing residents’ care, and oversight of nursing regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or greater from an accredited college
- Unencumbered RN license in the state in which we operate
- LTC/SNF management experience
