Job Summary
Direct initiatives to manage and grow a diverse commercial real estate portfolio to achieve desired financial results.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify real estate acquisition opportunities
· Perform due diligence and financial modelling on new investments
· Review, negotiate and execute legal documents
· Complete documentation for any permitting and regulatory review
· Oversee new property developments and renovations
· Manage current real estate investment portfolio
· Coordinate and oversee third party contractors
· Market, list and show properties for sale or lease
· Administer Lessee relations
· Research, review and provide recommendations on applicable tax incentive programs
· Review alternative investment opportunities
· Manage financial performance
· Ensure compliance and risk mitigation
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications
· Excellent oral and written communication
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex legal documents
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements
· Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office products
· High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
· Must be able to adapt quickly and work autonomously
· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or two to five years of experience in a management role in finance, banking, legal or real estate; or a combination of education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
