We're looking for a motivated, self driven individual to join our team! The leasing professional is responsible for managing incoming leads, showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents, providing excellent customer service, assisting the manager with move in and move outs, resident events, and day to day operations
Compensation depends on experience and includes a rent credit of $1,599.00 for 1-bed, 1-bath apartment. Eligible for cell phone and gas reimbursement.
Weekend availability required.
For our Leasing Agent, we are looking for the following:

* Excellent Customer Service with effective Sales/Closing skills.
* Professional Presentation with Positive Attitude, promoting a positive community environment
* Conduct Daily Advertising
* Self Starter, who can prioritize tasks to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
* Must be able to take direction
* Ability to Multi Task and be a Team Player!
* Able to consistently implement policies of the community when needed.
* Experience in Basic Computer Skills including Word, Excel, etc.
* Readiness to do other Duties as Assigned.
