What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-site Property Manager for Lease-up in Troutdale position at Norris & Stevens?
We are looking for an enthusiastic manager (or team) to oversee the lease-up of a new property in Troutdale.
As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Compensation includes the full rent credit for a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. In addition, the monthly salary will be $3,556.00.
Leasing bonuses are available for individual units. (1 unit = $50.00, 2 units $55.00, 3 units = $60.00, etc.) Additional bonuses of $1,000.00 at 90% occupancy and at 95%.
Schedule is flexible but does require availability on weekends.
Duties will include:
- Rent collection
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Scheduling vendors
- Marketing vacancies
- Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
- Maintaining the property appearance
- Issuing notices
- Maintaining communication with residents

You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
