What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Property Manager in SW Portland position at Norris & Stevens?
We are looking for an enthusiastic manager to oversee two small neighboring properties in Portland.
As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Compensation includes a full rent credit of $1,595.00 for a 2-bed, 1 bath apartment in addition to a salary of $500.00. Unit includes washer-dryer hookups. A garage is included. Qualifies for reimbursements of gas, utilities, and cell phone.
Schedule is flexible, but does require availability on the weekends.
Duties will include:
- Rent collection
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Scheduling vendors
- Marketing vacancies
- Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
- Maintaining the property appearance
- Issuing notices
- Maintaining communication with residents
- Light property maintenance
