What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager in Downtown Portland position at Norris & Stevens?
As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Total compensation (cash salary plus rent credit) of $28-35/hr depending on experience. Compensation includes a full rent credit of $1,995.00 for a 2-bedroom, 1 -bath apartment. Eligible for bonuses. Qualifies for reimbursements of gas, and cell phone depending on use.

Duties will include:
- Rent collection
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Scheduling vendors
- Marketing vacancies
- Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
- Maintaining the property appearance
- Issuing notices
- Maintaining communication with residents
We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
