What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager in Keizer position at Norris & Stevens?
We are looking for an enthusiastic manager (or team) to oversee a 60 unit property in Keizer.
As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Compensation includes a full rent credit of $1,300.00. In addition, there is a salary of $3,000.00 OR 4.1% of market rents collected each month, whichever is higher. Reimbursements are issued for gas, utilities, and cell phone depending on use. Bonuses available for leasing and resident retention.
Duties will include:
- Rent collection
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Scheduling vendors
- Marketing vacancies
- Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
- Maintaining the property appearance
- Issuing notices
- Maintaining communication with residents

We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
