What are the responsibilities and job description for the QUOTE ANALYST position at Nortech Systems?
· Recommends and establishes efficient ways to streamline/improve process and systems
· Prioritize and handle multiple projects effectively and simultaneously
· Support both new and existing business material quotation activities
· Attend quote kick-off meetings to learn and understand strategies for high visibility quotes
· Initiate and monitor quotes through completion
· Review all data in BoMs (Bill of Material) to ensure sufficient information is included
· Select and analyze suppliers based on the quote strategy provided
· Manage documentation
· Review historical data
· Negotiates up front with suppliers to achieve lowest initial cost and best lead times
· Assists in the development of AI features
· Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
The pay range for this role is $68,000 to $92,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other candidate qualifications.
