Position Summary :
As our Service Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and guidance for warranty and non-warranty related service requests for NAS equipment. They are responsible for providing rapid and efficient technical support to representatives and customers of the company's distribution network through installation, start-up and operation.
Position Responsibilities :
- Telephone and e-mail support to provide customers with information necessary to operate their NAS products and systems.
- Work in close collaboration with all departments of the organization;
- Answer application, service or product questions from the company's sales network with the aim of quickly, efficiently and structurally resolving problems encountered as well as implementing troubleshooting practices at a distance;
- Resolve warranty and service charge issues according to pre-established guidelines;
- Collect, document, analyze and communicate feedback from the company's sales network as well as follow up on cases;
- Write and issue technical bulletins intended for representatives;
- Participates in the planning and coordination of field work to be completed by internal team or external team;
- Actively collaborates in the development of continuous improvement
- Prepare internal and external training material
- Ability to travel up to 20%
