Position Responsibilities
- Design manufacturable products that are aligned with business goals
- Model designs in 3D CAD software
- Assist in the construction of prototype heating and air moving products
- Maintain and modify existing designs using proper Engineering Change Management
- Participate in project teams and all activities related to the development of new products
- Provides technical support to Sales, Marketing and Technical Writing for new and

Position Qualifications
- Associate degree in Design or 4 years of mechanical design experience
- 3D CAD experience
- Experience designing parts and assemblies
- Experienced with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems quickly and effectively
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Self-directed, adaptable, flexible, self-motivated, sense of urgency, and good listening
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- 1 or more years of design experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of SolidWorks and Creo software
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
