Job Description
The Senior Buyer plays a critical role in sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of materials and components required for manufacturing. This position ensures timely procurement of quality materials at competitive costs while maintaining strong supplier relationships and optimizing inventory levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Procurement & Inventory Management:
- Execute purchase orders in alignment with demand planning and production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock, optimizing working capital.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
