Summary : The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is responsible for procurement, planning, production, delivery and reverse logistics for all Nice Operations in North America.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Designs and continuously optimizes company Supply Chain and industrial operations to maximize service levels while maintaining efficient working capital, competitive cost position, best quality
- Defines and supervises execution on a single coordinated strategy for SC and industrial operations by all Nice Group activities in the Region
- Responsible for purchasing and procurement, in coordination with Nice Group Purchasing
- Manages the SIOP
- Manages all internal and external manufacturing operations and distribution, ensuring safe working conditions for all Nice-Nortek employees
- Implements World Class principles and practices for continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Integrates processes and projects with other functions and business entities within the Region as appropriate
- Leverages and integrates North America Operations within Nice Group global Purchasing and Operations
- Motivates the Operations team, identifying and developing our talent pool
As a part of the Executive team, embodies Nice Group values to the North America team and all stakeholders, and contributes to define and implement Company long term strategy.
