Summary : Performs a number of tasks in the assembly area supporting internal and external customer requirements. Tasks include but are not limited to repetitive and moderately complex rework, product testing, block coding, and inspection processes.

Essential Functions :

Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment
Uses verbal and written instruction for kit assembly, rework, testing, block code, and inspection of product.
Lifts, unpacks, tests, repacks, and documents results.
Lifts, unpacks, adds or removes materials, repacks, and documents results
Reports work status to VAS Supervisor.
Provides support as requested by a Lead.
Maintains cleanliness of assembly.
Helps with the packing and taping of boxes of products.
Moves material with pallet jack or on cart.
Supports safety initiatives and follows all safety guidelines.
Pays close attention to detail to ensure the processes are done correctly.
Must count parts and product accurately.
Use a computer to perform testing / flashing of products.
Use test fixtures as directed.
Print labels using the Bartender program

Must be familiar in working with electronic devices.

Good basic computer skills.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Ability to read and comprehend procedures and work instructions.

Educational / Experience Requirements : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
