Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Continuous Improvement Intern. This position will involve participating in the optimization of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), gathering information to build efficient preventive work orders, training with super-users, and realizing import documents of all technical documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating maintenance process audit tools and participating in the parameterization of maintenance plans in our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Additionally, they will contribute to the majority of their time in these areas: optimizing CMMS, building preventive work orders, training with super-users, parameterizing maintenance plans, importing technical documentation, and creating maintenance process audit tools.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Optimize CMMS to enhance maintenance efficiency
- Gather information to build efficient preventive work orders
- Train with super-users to ensure knowledge transfer
- Parameterize maintenance plans in EAM system for effective management
- Realize import documents of all technical documentation for easy access
- Create maintenance process audit tools to monitor progress
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Fundamental Requirements:
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English, knowledge of Spanish is an asset
- Bachelor student in Mechanical Engineering
