Your daily role
We are seeking a Production Planner to develop and manage daily production schedules that align with customer needs and optimize operational efficiency. This role requires strong decision-making skills to resolve line conflicts and prioritize production runs that align with the financial interests of the company. The Production Planner will serve as a key liaison between various departments, including Planning, Replenishment, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Operations.
Your profile
- Must possess strong Microsoft Excel skills along with excellent communication, collaboration, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Physical tasks include frequent lifting (up to 15 lbs regularly, occasionally 50 lbs), occasional pushing/pulling (up to 100 lbs), bending, squatting, twisting, climbing, and meeting specific vision requirements.
- The work environment features noisy, dusty, hot or humid, and wet conditions with exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, solvents, and moving mechanical parts.
- Preferred candidate qualifications include 1-2 years of experience and a college degree or equivalent.
