Your daily role
- Promote and enforce a culture of health and safety while complying with all safety rules.
- Lead and motivate a team of 100 employees to meet production goals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production logs and ensure high standards of housekeeping.
- Report and address food safety, health, safety, and quality concerns promptly.
- Assist in supervising and training employees across all departments.
- Support onboarding and training for new hires as needed.
- Ensure compliance with GMPs and proper use of safety equipment.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, including food safety, personal safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Oversee sanitation activities, including chemical handling, to meet safety and quality standards.
- Address equipment malfunctions and report to supervisors or maintenance teams.
Your profile
- Experience: Work-related experience in manufacturing.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and solve problems effectively.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Vision abilities, including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Work Environment:
- Exposure to noisy, dusty, wet, or hot/cold environments.
- Work near moving mechanical parts and chemicals.
- Ability to work seasonally ( July to October * 72-84 hours/Week with *OT over 40 hours)
