Your daily role
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of the yard tractor.
- Effectively communicate with scale room attendants to ensure efficient operations.
- Locate and hook trailers, fasten attachments, and weigh assigned trailers.
- Back trailers onto the truck dumper, open doors, and safely control product flow.
- Park empty trailers in designated areas after unloading.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Report any food safety, health & safety, or quality issues and take action as needed.
- Ensure all activities are performed safely and in compliance with policies and regulations.
Your profile
- Experience: Forklift experience required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Physical Requirements:
- Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities, including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.

- Exposure to noisy, dusty, hot, humid, or cold conditions.
- Work near moving mechanical parts and chemicals
