As Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for the stewardship of inbound and outbound communication with potential sellers in various lead stages. You will be the first point of contact that someone will have with our organization. You will listen to the seller, and be honest and genuine about how our company can help them while extracting the appropriate information needed to analyze the deal. With assistance from the marketing department to generate inbound leads and continued support from our Acquisition Manager, the Lead Specialist plays an instrumental role in converting marketing functions into acquisition opportunities.

Position:
- Full-time
- Remote until June then in office.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to all incoming leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Actively listen to clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and timelines.
- Engage with clients to gather necessary information and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home evaluations based on client's availability and preferences.
- Enter all lead details, interactions, and appointments accurately into the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
- Manage follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the real estate process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide the necessary support for successful conversions.
- Continuously update knowledge of market trends, inventory, and competitive landscape to better serve customers.
- Continuously improve lead management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Various admin tasks
- Managing utilities for rentals
- Scheduling appraisals or inspections
- Light bookkeeping including bill backs for maintenance
Qualifications:
- MUST have STRONG communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least one year of experience in cold calling or lead management.
- Must speak English fluently.
- Must have reliable internet access, reliable electricity, and a reliable computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Compensation:
- $45,000-$55,000 plus commission
