As a Surgical Department Manager at North Alabama Medical Center, you will oversee the daily operations of our surgical services team and ensure that patients receive exceptional care.
Our team consists of specially trained professionals who strive to provide outstanding and compassionate care and service from pre-op to discharge. With 15 surgical suites, 6 Endoscopy Rooms, and 30 same day surgery rooms, we offer state-of-the-art facilities for our patients.

Qualifications and requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
- Two-three years of experience preferred
