We are committed to developing players on and off the field through high-quality coaching, structured training environments, and a passion for the game.
Position Summary
North Alabama SC is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Soccer Coaches to join our growing team. This is an on-site role based in Huntsville, AL, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading training sessions, planning practices, managing games, and helping players grow their skills and love for the sport.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run age-appropriate training sessions and practices
- Coach and manage teams during games and tournaments
- Provide constructive feedback to support player development
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and respectful team environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff
- Assist in seasonal planning and player evaluations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in coaching, education, or related field
- Previous experience coaching youth soccer (preferred)
- Ability to engage with children and young adults effectively
- Knowledge of soccer tactics, strategies, and player development
- Coaching certifications (USSF, UEFA, USC,or equivalent) are a plus
- Former playing experience is a bonus
