Responsibilities
- Show customers around the showroom floor and introduce our cabinet offerings.
- Handles clients and potential client questions over the phone, email, or in person, giving them clear and correct information
- Place orders in the system, forward orders to the warehouse, and book shipping for the orders.
- Answer phones and emails pertaining to cabinets, orders, shipments, and payments.
- Track orders in the warehouse and keep up with status updates.
