Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budgetary constraints.
  • Create custom kitchen designs that prioritize space optimization, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, tailoring each project to the client's vision.
  • Selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures that reflect the client’s style while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Present initial design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback through revisions to achieve final approval.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and our purchasing department to ensure smooth, integrated execution of design projects from concept through to completion.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Keep up to date with the most recent industry trends, product innovations, and design methodologies, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.

Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in high-end custom kitchen design, evidenced through a portfolio of previous projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to 2020, ProKitchen, and AutoCAD.
  • A deep understanding of kitchen design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, facilitating clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • A highly creative mindset coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Adaptability to meet the evolving needs and preferences of clients and projects.
