The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and execution of assigned cabinetry and closet projects. Acting as Körner Interior Solutions’ on-site representative, the PM ensures all project activities are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This includes maintaining daily updates on all units, ensuring strict adherence to installation standards, and maintaining professional relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
The PM also plays a key role in dealer support—training and educating them on Körner product knowledge, installation standards, and company procedures. Coordination with subcontractors, service support, and quality control are integral parts of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee assigned projects from start to finish, providing daily updates and tracking the progress of all units.
- Ensure all installations meet Körner Interior Solutions’ quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment on all job sites.
- Act as a professional company representative in the field—modeling Körner’s values in both appearance and behavior.
- Train and educate dealers on products, policies, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with subcontractor installers.
- Perform light service and touch-ups when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Approve subcontractor invoices and hold installers accountable to quality and timeline expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and subcontractor teams.
- Travel extensively to job sites across the United States.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end custom or production cabinetry.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in field project management.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology platforms.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the U.S. for extended periods.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Capable of performing minor repairs and touch-up services in the field.
