As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and build strong relationships with our dealer network.
Job Description :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers.
- Identify dealer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales and enhance partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with dealers to ensure they have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
- Actively seek and onboard new dealers to expand the company’s market presence.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, product presentations, and training sessions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of the cabinetry, construction, or home improvement industry is a strong plus.
The ability to travel is required to meet with dealers and attend industry events.
