About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled WH Material Handler / General WH Worker to join our team. As a Material Handler, is responsible for replenishing and stocking pick bins to 100% capacity.
Essential Functions / Primary Responsibilities :
- Receive containers and trucks.
- Inventory and store all received products.
- Ensure bins are 100% full to ensure pickers can pull timely accurate orders.
- Maintain forklifts and forklift logs.
- Maintain a clean warehouse at all times.
- Follow and ensure all safety standards are met.
- Communicates effectively with lead.
- Accountable for attendance, efficiency, and logs
Other tasks as requested.
Working Conditions / Environment :
Works primarily in a warehouse environment where the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. They will need to be able to lift to 75 pounds regularly. Also, walk, reach, grass,p, and bend while moving throughout the facility. May be required to work overtime and / or weekends as needed. The employee may periodically be exposed to non-ambient temperatures, odors, or dust. All required PPE must always be worn while in the warehouse environment according to company policies and safety standards.
