Job Summary:
The Ste Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and customers. This position will be full-time. The Site Supervisor will lead a team of Security Officers that is responsible for checking IDs, monitoring the entrance and exit of vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. The Officers will also spend part of shift making patrols through the community. There are two officers on post together.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Security Officers
- Maintain communications to client
- Monitor the entrance and exit of vehicles
- Check IDs and ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed on the premises
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees, visitors, and customers
- Report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Perform patrols through the community
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security officer license
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Basic computer skills
Schedule :
6am to 2pm Monday through Friday
Pay :
$18.50 per hour
Salary : $19
