Registered Nurse – Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
North American Client Services, Inc. provides services to our skilled nursing facility clients. We seek an experienced, Registered Nurse (R.N.) for our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) team.
About the Position
The CQI RN plays a vital role in our organization. The CQI RN consults with client facilities to evaluate and improve all aspects of a facility’s clinical services to ensure that they are administered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, standards of practice and facility policy and procedures. The CQI R.N. also provides educational in-service and training to client facilities regarding operational clinical standards and regulatory requirements and skills. A qualified candidate must be highly motivated and possess healthcare compliance experience. A CQI RN must be able to effectively organize and convey information both verbally and documentarily, including in spreadsheets and narratives. A successful candidate must enjoy working with others. This position is full time, salaried, and eligible for health and 401k benefits.
Education and Experience
The position requires:
- A valid California RN license.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and electronic medical records software.
- At least three (3) years’ experience as a Director of Nursing.
- Proof of legal right to work in the United States.
- Firm, fluent grasp of the English language with above average verbal, written and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels of responsibility.
