Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and assist with information systems and technology-related functions.
- Maintain the integrity of the systems by upholding all NAC security measures.
- Provide technical assistance to all users of information systems.
- Offer computer support, including installation of application software, hardware and software assistance to users, and setup of PC hardware and software.
- Perform duties in accordance with MSHA law and regulations, established safety procedures, and state and federal environmental regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Customer service-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and a creative and innovative attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as individually with minimal supervision.
- Thorough understanding of computer systems and Microsoft operating systems and applications.

- Ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment.
