What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician/Engineer position at North American Construction Services?
At Fives, we all have a part to play in achieving our common mission. Your role will be to :
- Analyze the customer site situation, assemble information from the customer regarding the open issues, and assemble a plan to remedy the same.
- Responsible for commissioning, tuning, and trouble-shooting a variety of combustion systems.
- Be able to navigate through PLC and HMI programs; making program changes with supervision of the Controls group.
- Identify code compliance deviations and draft Code Compliance Letters as required
- Function in strict accordance within the guidelines of NACS ISO14001 and 9001 policies
- Assigning quotes, setting up project folders, estimating, generating proposals, JSA’s, project books for field services
- Supporting external and internal sales opportunities
