At Fives, we all have a part to play in achieving our common mission. Your role will be:
- Job Cost Management: Assign job numbers, enter job details into CE, manage purchase orders, schedule shipments, and handle job closeout.
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers with T&M billings, job cost reports, subcontractor invoice reviews, freight billing, and project scheduling.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange hotels, flights, and rental vehicles for crews and superintendents, ensuring proper billing and documentation.
- Supply Chain Assistance: Support inventory tracking, fleet management, and implement new numbering systems.

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with teams, vendors, and clients.
- Willingness to work and learn across multiple departments, adapt to shifting priorities, and support various business functions as needed.
- Prior experience or internship in construction is preferred.
