We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources & Accounting Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Process bi-monthly payrolls.
- Plan, assist and manage company moral programs.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews to support talent development.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees are informed about their options and entitlements.
- Implement HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
- Prepare, analyze and distribute sales reports to Sales team.
- Work with Sales team to plan and review travel results.
- Assist with distribution of Sales and Marketing materials, plan and Email blasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to speak both English and Spanish.
