National Ventilation Systems and Custom Fabrication manufacturer servicing the Foodservice industry is seeking a dedicated, results driven and analytical Sales Administrator to join our organization and assist the Vice President of Sales in streamlining internal sales processes, reporting and overall system accuracy.

As our Sales Administrator, you will develop in-depth knowledge of all company products, all facets of the Foodservice Equipment & Supply market, and develop strong internal and external relationships, both within the Sales team and with other internal functions. We will also evaluate this position on a longer-term basis, if the successful candidate desires, for future growth opportunities within the Sales or other company departments.

Responsibilities:

· Assist VP of Sales in select day-to-day tasks to ensure adherence to strategic growth plans and overall corporate objectives.

o Monitor incoming messages from Digital customers to ensure proper distribution and attention.

o Monitor incoming Digital quote requests for proper distribution, response, and reach-out efforts for all company products. Develop follow-up mechanism for select requests.

· Provide and Distribute accurate, timely Reporting as required for corporate personnel, including VP of Sales, Inbound, and Outbound Teams.

o Top Customer Accounts: Monthly tracking and distribution of Sales/Quotation activity with identified top individual customer accounts.

o Top Target Accounts: Monthly tracking and distribution of Sales/Quotation activity with identified top target accounts. This will vary depending on the Sales Representative and Inbound/Outbound function.

o Manufacturers’ Representatives: Monthly tracking and distribution of Sales/Quotation activity for individual Manufacturers’ Representatives. Will include top target accounts and overall mix.

o Assist VP of Sales with Promotional Schedule setup, reporting and distribution to appropriate internal/external channels.

o Assist VP of Sales with new Product Development/Product Introduction/Product Enhancement announcements, also ensuring publishing to appropriate internal/external channels.

o Assist in creation, receipt and distribution of monthly required reporting by members of the OB and, when necessary, IB Sales Teams. Ensure adherence to due dates at direction of VP of Sales.

o Perform reports Ad Hoc as requested by VP of Sales.

· Assist in collecting and obtaining competitive market information up on request, primarily as it relates to Ventilation Systems.

· Lead collection and distribution of weekly operational notes for publishing to CEO and corporate leadership.

· CRM: On an ongoing basis, ensure all Sales related information in company CRM is accurate and up to date. This will include the following:

o Buying Group Membership rosters and contacts within each individual Dealer/Distributor member.

o Ensure accurate and proper parent/child relationships within the corporate CRM system.

o Periodic (Quarterly) review of all Manufacturers’ Representatives territories within corporate CRM system for accuracy, adding/deleting accounts as necessary.

o Ensure up-to-date and accurate contact information for key account drivers within recognized Top/Target accounts.

· As experience level grows, represent Sales Team in select corporate initiatives, potentially including expanded Services Model implementation/tracking, and more. Identify follow-up activities for Sales Team and ensure completion in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BS Degree Preferred.
  • Ability to learn CRM Systems, and create/articulate reporting needs for proper reports.
  • Aggressive, Accountable and Open-Minded, with the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Strong Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
