- Construct, install, erect, and repair fixtures and structures made from wood and other materials. Use different construction tools like small hand tools, saws, drills, and a wide variety of mechanized tools.
- Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials. Construct forms, side rails, headers, and block outs.
- Use power saws and tools, hammer, tape measure, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Organize and maintain clean work area free of hazards and saw dust as mandated by OSHA regulations
- Stoop, bend, twist, and perform other motions, requiring strength and endurance.
