At North American Lighting, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As the market share leader in exterior automotive lighting, we provide advanced lighting technology, engineering design expertise, and state-of-the-art production capabilities to auto makers based in North America and around the world.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the tool shop, including translation (Japanese to English) accounting, purchasing, human resources, and facility reporting functions. They must be able to translate English and Japanese, and possess a bachelor's degree in an accounting or business related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of accounting, human resources, and/or administrative experience.
The selected candidate will administer the company's HR policies and programs on a local level, perform staffing function for the facility, and coordinate job offers and hiring with Corporate HR. They will also lead the Activity Committee for the local facility, purchase MRO items for the facility, and participate in employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, health savings, charities, identity theft protection, critical illness, accidental coverage, hospital coverage, basic term life and voluntary term life, disability, 401k, paid time off, and a company-sponsored wellness program.
