Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform primary process or final assembly of manufactured parts as a team member in the production of exterior automotive lighting products. Key responsibilities include:
- Loads and unloads materials or parts from production machinery as part of the molding or coating process.
- Assembles processed parts into finished lighting products.
- Performs quality review prior to, during, and after the process, separating out bad parts.
- Keeps work area clean, swept, and free of dust, and maintains good 6S practices within the department.
- Assists department personnel in clean-up operations and machine changes.
- Locates and brings processed parts to work station for loading when the material handler or technician is unavailable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment.
