North American Lighting is seeking a skilled Production Engineer - II to join its team and contribute to the success of our company.
The ideal candidate will design and implement efficient production processes, ensuring new product designs can be manufactured effectively.
Key responsibilities will include providing technical support for processes engineering in the plant, addressing customer complaints, and conducting investigations to identify root causes and develop countermeasures.
The successful candidate will also coordinate project schedules, design and purchase new equipment, and manage installation and start-up.
Additionally, you will identify opportunities for Value Engineering/Value Analysis (VE/VA) and standard parts implementation in new product designs.
To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline, along with 2-4 years of related manufacturing experience.
