Job Overview
As a Senior Production Engineer, you will lead our team in planning, designing, and implementing production processes to ensure efficient manufacturing of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain process documentation and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve process efficiency.
- Train and mentor less experienced engineers on injection molding techniques.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Provide technical support to plant processes and investigate internal and external customer complaints.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline, plus 4 to 6 years of manufacturing experience in injection molding. A DC Wilson, Paulson, or similar injection molding certification is preferred, along with experience in multi-color molding and robotics for an automotive manufacturer.
