Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the tool shop, including translation (Japanese to English) accounting, purchasing, human resources, and facility reporting functions.
- Provide translation services between English and Japanese
- Administer the company's HR policies and programs on a local level
- Perform staffing function for the facility and coordinate job offers and hiring with Corporate HR
- Purchase MRO items for the facility
The selected candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in an accounting or business related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of accounting, human resources, and/or administrative experience.
