Job Description:
Operator
We are seeking an Operator to join our team. This role involves performing primary processes or final assembly of manufactured parts as a team member in the production of exterior automotive lighting products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loads and unloads materials or parts from production machinery during molding or coating processes.
- Assembles processed parts into finished lighting products.
- Performs quality reviews prior to, during, and after the process.
- Separates out defective parts.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area, adhering to 6S standards.
- Assists department personnel with clean-up operations and machine changes.
- Locates and brings processed parts to work stations when necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment.
