About the Role
We are looking for an Office Administrator - Japanese Translator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for our tool shop, including translation services, accounting, purchasing, human resources, and facility reporting functions.
- Provide translations between English and Japanese
- Administer company HR policies and programs locally
- Perform staffing functions for the facility
- Coordinate job offers and hiring with Corporate HR
- Purchase MRO items for the facility
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in an accounting or business-related discipline, plus 2-4 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and/or administration
- Or an associate's degree in an accounting or business-related discipline, plus 4-6 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and/or administration
- Or a high school diploma or GED, plus 6-8 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and/or administration
