Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Production Lighting Assembler to join our team at North American Lighting, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the primary process or final assembly of manufactured parts as a team member in the production of exterior automotive lighting products.
You will load and unload materials or parts from production machinery as part of the molding or coating process, or assemble processed parts into finished lighting products. Additionally, you will perform quality review prior to, during, and after the process, separating out bad parts.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, plus 0 - 2 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment. You will also be required to assist department personnel in clean-up operations and machine changes.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to keep work areas clean, swept and free of dust, and maintain good 6S' within the department. You will also locate and bring processed parts to work stations for loading when the material handler or technician is unavailable to do so.
