What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Process Manager position at North American Lighting, Inc.?
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing efficient production processes that meet the needs of our customers.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for processes engineering in the plant, addressing customer complaints, and conducting investigations to identify root causes and develop countermeasures.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will coordinate project schedules, design and purchase new equipment, and manage installation and start-up.
You will also identify opportunities for Value Engineering/Value Analysis (VE/VA) and standard parts implementation in new product designs.
To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline, along with 2-4 years of related manufacturing experience.
