Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and support construction operations.
- Conduct site visits, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling.
- Work with NAMI's operating systems and software.
- Collaborate closely with field personnel and subcontractors to plan and execute work.
- Interact with customers, manage multiple ongoing projects, and ensure all needs are met.
- Prepare billing projections based on timelines.
- Maintain project tracking for compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Forecast and schedule manpower.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a project management role or similar capacity.
- An entrepreneurship mindset is desired.
- Must be highly organized and have a strong skill set of multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of commercial construction, HVAC, and/or Plumbing is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
