Our Client is an advanced technology company focused on the development of environmentally responsible methods of extracting Critical Minerals from different sources. The company has developed a patented modular system that is the first of its kind. Our Client’s patented technology allows for commercial scale of Critical Mineral production in just 18 months, utilizing green processes that do not involve chemicals and recycle 94% of water used.
Role Description :
The Chemical Professional Role is a full-time role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with some domestic travel. As part of Our Client’s long-term vision and succession plan, they are seeking a talented and motivated Chemistry Professional to join their team and collaborate closely with their founder. This pivotal role will allow the successful candidate to work alongside the founder, learning the core aspects of the business and preparing for future leadership opportunities in the company. The Chemical Professional will be responsible for learning and applying Our Client’s technologies in new projects.
This role reports to the CTO.
Key Responsibilities :
Work directly with the Our Client’s founder to learn about the core technologies and products, while contributing to ongoing R&D projects.
Assist in the development and optimization of chemical processes and formulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.
Contribute to the planning and execution of new product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
Analyze experimental data, prepare detailed reports, and make recommendations for process improvements or new technology integration.
Support the scale-up of laboratory processes to full-scale production, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Assist with regulatory compliance and quality assurance activities related to chemical products and processes.
Participate in team meetings and strategic discussions, gaining exposure to business development, product positioning, and overall corporate strategy.
Take on increasing responsibilities as needed as part of the succession plan.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
Ph.D. is a plus and Preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a chemistry-related role, with exposure to R&D, product development, or industrial applications.
Experience in Lithium related industries is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques, lab equipment, and data interpretation.
Familiarity with process optimization, scaling up from laboratory to production, and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
Knowledge / Experience with RO
A proactive, self-motivated individual with an interest in career growth and leadership development.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving challenges and responsibilities.

Compensation :
Base Salary : $120-150K (DOE); Benefits; Some relocation assistance for the right candidate.
